The first eight days here at future have been great. its a new start and a comfortable atmosphere.
I have come every day so far!!!
I think comin here is going to help me. they will keep mre motivated and at the same time have me do all my work on my own and do it in ways that I understand everything. they make sure I stay checking up on my credits and ake sure im doing everything right in order for me to graduate.
I think I will gain another since of independence from here, they treat all of us as if we are adults and are guiding us into living and working on our own.
The rest of my high school career looks GREAT!!!!! I'm on track and just have to keep going.
I plan to reach my goals for high school by staying on track and getting my work done.

DesMoines Curfew!
The curfew is being cosidered in DesMoines so they can try and lower crime rate and citizen complaints. In Iowa City, 16 and 17yr olds are banned from public places between midnight and 5 a.m. The pros for the curfew I think are that if young people are off the streets it would be harder for them to committ crimes that would effect other citizens. the cons I think are that some people feel as thought they are being punished for other peoples behaviors. The article informed me that they believe its only 1% or less of the teen population here that is causing these problems...

If i could not live in Iowa!
If i could not live in Iowa I would probably move to Las Vegas, Nevada. I would move there because I have family there, I've vacationed there before and its beautiful. From the beautiful strip that lights up the sky, to the desert, to the range of mountains, warm wether, and all sorts of attractions to the public, these are what attract me to this peticular place. I want to do architectural design as a career and possibly massage therapy on the side. with crazy buildngs and design and plaenty of people, these could asily influence my career and give me planty of ideas and work oppurtunitys!
